The adjustable vegan leather strap actually stays put, which surprised me since I have a small head. Buckle feels solid and the silicone cleans up easily with soap and warm water. Way better than the cheap elastic one I had before.

The silicone lips are softer than I expected and the adjustable strap fits well, but the buckle digs in a bit after a while. It does the job, though I wish the strap had a little more padding.
