The adjustable vegan leather strap actually stays put, which I was worried about. The buckle is easy to work one-handed too. Nickel hardware feels solid, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I've tried.

The silicone has a bit of give to it, so it doesn't dig into the corners of my mouth the way a harder gag would. The vegan leather strap adjusts easily and the buckle actually holds where you set it.
